365英国上市官网 has partnered with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan (BCBSM) to offer a voluntary health insurance option for domestic students. All full or part time students enrolled in a degree program are eligible to voluntarily sign up for this health insurance coverage. Through this plan students will have access to quality health care through the Blue Cross Blue Shield provider network. 医疗保健提供者可位于 BCBSM 网站.

Effective August 2023, BCBS has a new plan administrator.  Blue Water Student Health Plan administrator will now be managing the enrollment and management of the student health insurance plan available to you.

365英国上市官网 is also exploring another insurance plan option (Blue Care Network (BCN)) for the Winter 2024 semester which would begin January 1, 2024. This will be a lower premium cost option for domestic coverage. Additional details will be posted prior to Winter open enrollment.

If proof of insurance is not available at the time of service, payment is required. However, you may submit the receipt to your insurance company for reimbursement. We can not refund your cash payment and bill your insurance company at a later date.
